ናይ ፈለማን፡ ዝበርተዐትን፡ ዕውትን ሓጻር ጉዕዞ

“ሕጂ ምርጫ ተወዲ ኡዩ። ቀጻሊ ዕላማኻ እንታዩ?"

1. ነቲ ቀዳማይ ነገር ቀዳምነት ምሃብ

ቅድሚ ነዛ ሕቶ መልሲ ምሃበይ፡ ቅድም ነቲ ቅዳምነት ዝግበኦ፡ ቀዳምነት ክህብ እመረጽ።

1. ኣብ ግዜኡን ኣብ ዘይጊዜኡን ምምስጋን። ኣብ እዋን ክረምትን ኣብ ሓጋይን፣ ኣብ እዋን ጽቡቕን፡ ሕማቕን፡ ኩልሻዕ ንኣምላኽ ምምስጋን ቀዳምነት ኣለዎ። ስለዚ ንሽመይ ኣብ ሰነድ ተወዳደርቲ ከስፍርን ክወዳደርን፤ ንሓሳባተይ ኣብ ሜዳ ከውጽአን፡ ኣብ ዕዳጋ ከውርድን፡ ትብዓትን ጽንዓትን ዝሃበኒ ኣምላኽ፡ ዘየተኣደነ ምስጋናይ አቕርበሉ። ነቲ ንኹሉ ነገር ከም ፍቓዱ ዝገብር፣ ካብ ፈተና ሰናይ፣ ካብ ትምክሕቲ፡ ትሕትና፣ ካብ ተጻረርቲ ድማ ጽቡቕ ነገር ዘመህር፣ ኩሉ ብርኪ: ኣብ ሰማይን፡ ኣብ ምድርን፡ ኣብ ትሕቲ ምድርን፡ ንሽሙ ዝምብርከኽ፡ ጐይታና አየሱስ ክርስቶስ፡ ተመስገን ስለ ኹሉ ነገር፡ ምስጋና ኣይጉደልካ።

2. ነታ ብድፍረት ኣብ ቀላይ ውድድር ኣትየ ክሕምብስ ኣጆካ ዝበለትንን፡ ናይ ሓሳባተይን ናይ ዕላማይን ሞቶር ብምዃን ኣብ ጎነይ ደው ዝበለት፡ በዓልቲ ቤተይ ኣስማይት፡ ካብ ልቢ አመስግና።

ኣብታ ሕቶ ክምለስ። ቀጻሊ ዕላማኻ እንታዩ?

ብዙሓት ሰባት፡ ኣዕሩኽተይን፡ ደገፍተይን፡ መሳርሕተይን፡ ብዙሓት ካብቶም ኣብ ግዜ ምረጹኒ/ውድድር ዝተላለኹዎምን፡ ግዜ ከይኣጥፍኡ፡ ዘቕረቡለይ ሕቶያ። ዝሃብክዎም መልሲ ድማ፡ “መዓስከ ተወዲኡ፡ ገና ሕጂዩ ዝጅምር ዘሎ”፡ ትብል እያ። ምኽንያቱ፥

1. ምሕምባስ ተማሂረ

ብሕጽር ዝበለ መገዲ፡ ከምዚ ማለተይ እዩ። ዋላኳ እቲ ውጽኢት ናይቲ ምርጫ፡ ከም ድልየተይ እንተዘይኮነ፡ ብኻልአ ጎኑ ክርአዮ እንከለኹ፡ እቲ ናብ ሕዝቢ ኪችነርን፣ ተቐማጦ ዞባ ዋተርሉን፡ ኣውራጃ ኦንቴርዮን ከብጽሖ ዝደለኹዎ ሓሳባት ብምብጻሐይ፡ ተዓዊተየ ክብል እኽእል። ሓሳባተይ ድማ፥

• ክዕረን ክትግበርን ዘለዎ ናይ ኦንቴርዮ ፕሮግራም ትምህርቲ ምቕራብ

• ዘመናዊ ፔዳጎጂ ዝአዝዞ ምምሕዳር ኣብያተ ትምህርትን ኣገባብ ኣመሃህራን ምትግባር

• ኣብ ዝምድናዊ ፔዳጎጂ ዝተሞርኮዘ ምምሕያሽ ርክብ ተምሃሮን መማህራንን ምብርታዕ

• ንካቶሊካውያን ኣብያተ ትምህርቲ፡ ንተመሃሮአን ኣብ ኣካደሚያዊ ጉዕዞኦም ዝበለጹ ክኾኑ ኣድላዪ ዘበለ ኩሉ ከቕርባን፡ ጥዑያት ዜጋታትን፡ ፍርሓት እግዚኣብሔር ዘለዎምን፡ ትአዛዛቱ ዝሕልዉን ካቶሊካውያን ዝሕነጽሉ ቦታ ክኾና ምግባር።

ነዞም ዝጠቐስኩዎም ሓሳባት ንምስፍሕፋሕ ግን፡ ኣብ ቀላይ ዞባ ዋተርሉ ኣቲኻ፡ ምሕምባስ ናይ ግድን ኔሩ። ንዕምቆቱን፡ ስንፍሓቱን፡ ንብዝሒ ማያቱን፡ ንሓይሊ ማዕበላቱን ድማ ፈቲነዮ። ምስቶም ኣብ ውሽጢዚ ቀላይ ዝርከቡ ጥዑያትን ሕማቓትን፣ ጽሩያትን ረሳሓትን፣ ጠቐምትን ጉዳአትን፡ ተናኸስትን ሰላማውያንን ዓሳታት ተላልየ።

ምስ በብዓይነቶም ኣብዚ ቀላይ ዞባ ዋተርሉ ዝርከቡ ጸለምትን፣ ጸዓዱን፣ ቀያሕትን፡ ብጫታትን ዓሳታት፡ ተኻቲዔን ሓሳባተይውን ገሊጸ። ምስ ብዙሓት በሊሕ ኣስናን ዘለዎም ተናኸስቲ፣ ምስ ገሊኦም መርዚ ዝነዝሕ መልሓስ ዘለዎም፡ ብሓስብ ተጋጭየ። ካብ እቶም ዝበዝሑ ዓሳታት፡ ዝተፈላለዩ ባህልን፡ ልምድን፡ ቋንቋን እምነትን ዘለዎም ለባማትን መስተውዓልትን፡ ካብ ዘቕረቡለይ ሓሳባትውን ብዙሕ ተማሂረ፣ ኣአምሮይውን ብዝያዳ ኣስፊሐ። ኣብ ኣቛመይ ድማ ብዝያዳ ክድልድል ሓጊዞምኒ። እዚ ማለተይ፡ ስለ ብሓሳብ ዝተጋጮኻን፡ ኣብ ገሊኡውን ስለ ዝተራኸብካን፡ መንነትካን እምነትካን ኣብ ዋጋ ዕዳጋ ኣእቲኻ ክትለማለምን፡ ሓሳብካን እምነትካንውን ክትቅይር ማለት ኣይኮነን።

ኣብ መወዳአታ ድማ፡ ንባህለይን ልምደይን፣ ንቓንቋይን እምነተይን፣ ንዘሎኒ ናይ ሕይወትን ናይ ትምህርትን ኣመለኻኽታን፣ ንዝኽተሎ ፍልስፍናዊ ስነ-ሓሳብን፡ ኣብ ኣደባባይ ኣውጺአን፡ ምሕምባስ ተማሂረን ምውጻአይ፡ ሓደ ዓቢ ነገርዩ። ኣምላኽ ዕድመን ጥዕናን እንተሂቡንን፡ ፍቓዱ እንተዀይኑን ድማ፡ ዝመጽአ ግዜን ዕድላትን ስለ ዝበዝሕ፡ እቲ ክሕምብሰሉን ተወዳዲረ ክስዕረሉን ዝሓስቦ ዘለኹ ውቅያኖስ፡ ካብ ቀላይ ዞባ ዋተርሉ ኣዝዩ ስለ ዝዓብን፡ ዝዓሙቕን፡ ዝሰፍሕን፡ ምስ ዓበይቲ ማዕበላትውን ምግጫው ናይ ግድን ስለዝኸውን፡ ንዓኡ ዝኾነኒ ተመክሮን ትምህርትን ቀሲመ ስለ ዝወጻአኩ፡ ዓቢ ዓወት ረኺበየ።

በዚ ምኽንያትዚየ ድማ፡ እዘን ዝሓለፋ ሓሙሽተ ኣዋርሕ፡ ናይ ፈለማን፡ ዝበርትዐትን፡ ኣዝያ ዕውትን ሓጻር ጉዕዞ ናይ ሕይወተይ ኢለ ዝሓስበን።

2. ምስጋና ንዝግብኦ ምስጋና

እቲ ናይ ውድድር ግዜ ኣዝዩ ሓጽር ደኣ ይኹን እምበር፡ ካብ ቤተሰብይን፡ ካብ ብዙሓት ፈተውተይን ኣዕሩኽተይን፡ ካብ ሰብ ጽቡቕ ድላይን፡ ብዙሕ ሓገዝ ረኺበየ። ገሊኦም፡ ኣጆኻ ዝበሉንን ናይ ሞራል ደገፍ ዝሃቡንን፣ ገሊኦም ብሓሳብን፡ ብግብርን፡ ብገንዘብን፣ ገሊኦም ድማ ናይ ግሊ ሓላፍነቶም ንግዜኡ ብሙግሳይ፡ ብተወፋይነት ሓጊዞምኒ እዮም።

1. ንኹሎም እቶም ተመሃሮ ካልኣይ ደረጃ፡ ናይ መጽናዕቲ ግዜኦምን ካልእ ናይ ትምህርቶም ምንቅስቓሳትን ሓዲጎም፡ ኣብ ፍቖዶ ጎደናታት ኪችነር ፓምፍለት ብምብታን እቲ ዝዓበየን ኣገዳስን ሓገዝ ስለ ዝገበረሉይ ንዓኦምን ንወለዶምን ብጣዕሚ አመግኖም።

2. ንኹሎም እቶም ኣብ ኣፍደገ ገዝኦም ናይ ምረጹኒ ምልክት (ሬክላም) ክገብር ዘፍቀዱለይ ምስጋናይ ይብጸሓዮም። እቶም ነዚ ናይ ምረጹኒ ምልክት፡ ናይ ስራሕ ግዜኦም ወፊዮም፡ ብመኪናኦም ኣብ ገዝውትን ጎደናታትን ዝዘርጉሑለይውን፡ ምስጋናይ ይብጸሓዮም።

3. ንኹሎም እቶም ብተወፋይነት ፓምፍለትን ፖስተራትን፡ ኣብ እንዳ ዱኳናትን፣ ቤት መግብን፡ ኣብያተ ክርስቲያንን ዝዘርጉሑለይውን፡ ምስጋናይ ይብጸሓዮም።

4. ንኹሎም እቶም ኣብ መዓልቲ ምርጫ፡ ተገዲሶም ድምጾም ብምርጫ ዘስምዑ፡ ምስጋናይ ይብጸሓዮም።

5. ብሓፈሻ ድማ፡ ንኹሎም ብተሌፎንን ብመልእኽትን፡ ኣብ ውድድር ብምቕራበይን፡ ብሓሳበይን ተሓጕሶም፡ ጽቡቕ ዕድል ዝተመነዩለይውን፡ ምስጋናይ ይብጸሓዮም።

ኣብ መውዳአታ፡ እዚ ዘሎናዮ ዘመን፡ ዘፍርሕን ሓደገኛን ስለ ዝኾነ፡ ካብቲ ዘንቀጥቅጥን ዘይተርፈናን ፍርዲ ኣምላኽ ክንድሕን፡ ገና ዕድል ተዋሂቡና እንከሎ፡ ንሕይወትና ብሓቅን ብትአዛዝ ኣምላኽ ክንመርሕ ሓደራ እብለኩም። ምእንቲ ሓንቲ፡ ቅድስቲ፡ ካቶሊካዊት፡ ሓዋርያዊት ቤተ ክርስቲያን ብቐጻሊ ክንጽሊ ይግበኣና። ምእንቲ እቶም ብፈተና እዛ ዓለም ተታሊሎም፡ ንሓቂ ከይምስክሩ ኣብ ጉልባብ ፍርሒ ተሓቢኦም ዘለው መራሕቲ ቤት ክርስቲያን ጳጳሳትን፡ ካህናትን ኩልሻዕ ክንጽሊ ሓላፍነትናዩ። ምእንቲ መራሕቲ መንግስትን፡ መሳርሕቶም ኣገልገልቲ ሕዝብን፡ ንቤተ ክርስቲያንን ንካህናትን ዘሳድዱን፣ ንምእመናን ዝቕይዱን፣ “ኩሉ ስልጣን ካብ ኣምላኽ” ስለዝኾነ፡ ክንጽልየሎም መዓልታዊ ግድነትና ምዃኑ ንዘክር። ነዚ ክፉእ ዘመን፡ ብጀካ ጸሎትን ምህለላን፡ ሳንዱቕ ምርጫ ይኹን፡ ስነ-ሓሳባውን ሞራላውን ክትዕ፡ ክፈትሕዎ ስለዝይክአሉ፡ ተጊህና ንጸሊ።

ንኹልኹም፡ ኣምላኽ ጻማኹም ክህበከሙን፡ ጸጋኡ ከብዝሓልኩምን እንዳተመነኹ፡ ክሳብ ኣብ ዝመጽአ ውድድር ንራኸብ፡ የቐየነይ!

The First, Toughest, and Victorious Short Itinerary

“Now that the campaign and election is over, what is Next…...?"

1. First Things First

Before I answer the question, let me thank first the First

1. Give thanks to God In season and out of season. In winter and in summer, in good times and in bad, giving thanks to God is a priority. So, I give thanks to God who gave me the courage to put my name in the List of Candidates for the Waterloo Catholic District Board Trustee and for the grace of steadfastness that He granted me to get my ideas and beliefs into the public square and to debate them in marketplaces. I give thanks to our Lord Jesus Christ who does everything according to His will. To Him who brings good from evil, humility from pride and good learning from opposite ideas. To Him who makes all knees bow to His Name in heaven and on earth and under the earth.

2. Special thanks go to my wife Asmait, who encouraged me and pushed me to swim in the sea of competition and for being the driving force behind the reasons and objectives for which I decided to run

Let me answer the question "what is next"?

1. I Learned how to Swim

This was the question that came to me from many of my friends, colleagues, and supporters and others whom I came to know and appreciate during the campaign. My answer was the same to all: “It didn’t finish yet. I just began". Because my objectives were to:

• help reform to the educational program (curriculum)

• work to improve school administration and methods of teaching according to modern School Pedagogy

• work to improve the relationship between teachers and students following Relational Pedagogy.

• work to make Catholic schools a place where students are formed to become good citizens and good Catholics who Fear God and obey His commandments while providing them with everything necessary to excel academically.

To promote my objectives, however, it was necessary to swim in the sea of Waterloo Region. I had to try its depths and width. I had to test the density of its waters and the power of its waves. I met all the fish in this sea: the good and the ugly; the clean and the nasty; the useful and the not so useful; the peaceful and the aggressive.

I encountered all different fish in this sea of Waterloo Region: the white and the black; the red and the yellow and made my objectives clear and debated them. I clashed with thoughts of some of them who have very sharp teeth and are very poisonous. But the majority of the fish I met from different cultures, languages, customs, and faith were very wise and respectful who helped me to open my mind to learn new things. Nonetheless, because I clashed with ideas and learned from others, it doesn’t mean I had to compromise the reasons behind my objectives and change the tenets of my faith.

At the end, by bringing out to the peoples’ square my culture, my language, my faith, and my philosophical views of life and education, I believe I gained more than I gave. I learned how to swim. Because the ocean that I am planning to jump into and win is bigger and powerful than the sea of Waterloo Region, and if God wants to use me for His Glory, I consider the last campaign successful and educational.

That is the reason why I consider the campaign as the shortest, the toughest, and the most victorious itinerary of my life.

2. Give Due Thanks

The campaign was very short. However, I received invaluable support from my family, my friends, and from many people of good will who volunteered to support me and encouraged me in many different ways: with ideas, funds, and canvasing. Many of them had to set aside their family and school responsibilities to volunteer.

1. I thank all high school students who volunteered to do the most important job of canvasing and helped my campaign immensely. My special thanks go to their parents who allowed them and/or canvased together with them

2. I thank those who allowed me to place my lawn signs in their yards and to those who posted my campaign posters in their businesses.

3. I thank those who distributed flyers and lawn signs in their Churches, Communities and streets of Kitchener.

4. I thank all who got out to vote.

5. Thank you to all who encouraged me and wished me good luck via telephone, email and other social media.

I pray that the Good Lord bless you all and may He be your rewards.

Finally, but not least important, let’s constantly remind ourselves that we are living in a very dangerous, difficult and faithless times and pray always to be spared from the judgement of God. Let’s live a life of truth and fear of God. Remember that It is our duty to pray always for the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church. It is our responsibility to pray for our Bishops and Pastors who are afraid to be witnesses of the Cross of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We need to increase our prayers and petitions for those in government, regardless of who they are even for those who are persecuting the Church and are imprisoning Bishops and priests - for all powers come from God. Neither political and religious debates nor voting ballots can bring us solutions but prayers and repentance from our sins.
